The staff were all excellent and friendly.

The hotel hasn't been renovated in decades, and it really shows. The facilities felt outdated and uninviting. Additionally, our standard room was quite cramped, and the amenities were lacking. Overall, it was disappointing to see such little investment in upkeep.

We loved the breathtaking ocean view from our studio's balcony and the lovely pool area. Dining at Terra Luna was a real treat, especially for breakfast. I'd totally come back again!

Our family spent two nights here and truly enjoyed the breathtaking ocean view from our studio's balcony, especially during sunset. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. It was also conveniently located near local cafes and shops, adding to our pleasant experience. However, we did find the facilities to be a bit dated, and the lack of umbrellas around the pool made it a bit challenging during the hot afternoons.

I loved the beautiful beachfront view from my room. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves was blissful. The staff made me feel welcome and were always friendly, especially the bartenders who shared nice conversations. The king room I originally had was comfortable, though the palm trees partially blocked our view. Once I moved to the fifth floor, the view was absolutely stunning. Lots of great dining options nearby kept my stomach happy, and the public transportation was super convenient. On the downside, the hotel itself seemed outdated and could definitely use some renovations. The air conditioning in my first room didn't work well, and I could hear noise from a nearby nightclub at night, which was disruptive. The pool area lacked shade, making it tough to relax during the day.

This place was just a fitting option for a mini-break over the weekend in Acapulco with very good value for money. The views from the penthouse level were amazing, especially the sunsets. Try to get an oceanfront room for the best experience.

I had a fantastic time wandering around, as it’s just a short walk to both Playa Icacos and the local restaurants like El Coctelito de Katan, making it super convenient for beach days and tasting the local flavors. family with children can appreciate the nearby parks and safe walking areas available.
